Gachiakuta is Kei Urana's series for Kodansha's Weekly Shonen Magazine, launched in 2022, following Rudo after he is thrown into the Pit below a city that discards everything it no longer wants. It is one of the newer Japanese debuts collectors have moved on quickly, so first printings of Volume 1 were bought off the shelf rather than dug out of storage years later.
Beckett graded this copy 9.2 overall with an 8.0 cover subgrade and off white to white pages, certificate 26-0985A29-003. The grader notes list corner and edge wear, a small bend and crease at the top right corner of the back cover, and indents, edge wear, stress, a small crease at the bottom edge of the front cover and light scratches on the dust jacket. A 9.2 is near mint on Beckett's scale.
